Morgan banker Steven Hunter and Deutsche Bank engineer Hussam El-Sheikh, it is headquartered in London with offices in New York, Hong Kong and Belfast. In March 2026 it raised a $170M Series C at a $1.3 billion valuation, bringing total funding above $250 million, and reports more than 300 institutional customers.
