The agents are designed to handle the bulk of manual compliance review work, with the company claiming automation of a large share of screening alerts and reviews to speed up onboarding. A Y Combinator S24 company, it was co-founded in 2024 by Rhim (previously leading the financial-crime product team at Revolut Business) and Oli, and works with banks in the UK and US. It raised about $3M led by Gradient Ventures, Google's early-stage AI fund.
