Beamery provides an AI-powered talent lifecycle and skills intelligence platform used by large enterprises to attract, engage, retain, and reskill employees and candidates. Founded in 2013 by brothers Abakar and Sultan Saidov with Mike Paterson, the London-based company uses a skills-based data model to help HR and talent teams make more informed workforce decisions. Its platform serves hundreds of enterprise customers and tens of thousands of users. Beamery reached unicorn status with a $50M Series D in 2022 led by Teachers' Ventures Growth, bringing total funding to about $228M. Investors include Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan and Index Ventures.
