Brickwise is an AI property manager that automates maintenance for landlords, estate agents, and property managers, handling tenant calls and messages 24/7, triaging maintenance requests, chasing contractors, and resolving issues. Founded in 2025 by Ismail Jeilani (ex-founder of LiveLink AI) and Elias Kassell (an early engineer at Dataform, acquired by Google), it is based in London. It is backed by Y Combinator's Fall 2025 batch and has raised over $3M, including $500k secured within 48 hours of YC. It has more than 10 customers globally from San Francisco to Dubai, including a reported enterprise contract worth over $1M in committed ARR.
