Capsa AI builds an 'AI operating system' for private equity and private capital firms, embedding agentic AI across the full fund lifecycle from sourcing and due diligence to portfolio monitoring and back-office operations. The platform indexes millions of internal sources, including memos, conversations and deal records, to reduce the hundreds of hours investment professionals spend on manual search and analysis. Founded in 2024 by Danyal Oezduezenciler and Callum Downie and based near King's Cross in London (with a New York presence), it counts private capital firms such as Hannover Finanz, Quadriga Capital and Capital D among its customers. It raised an $18M Series A in June 2026 co-led by TX Ventures and Pivot Investment Partners, following a £1.7M seed.
