Cardamon

Cardamon (cardamon.ai) is an AI compliance platform for regulated financial firms that ingests relevant UK, EU, and US regulations and determines what applies to a given firm. It automates the interpretation of regulatory text, moving compliance teams from regulation to obligations to concrete product requirements, controls, and policies in minutes rather than months. The product targets compliance officers at regulated financial businesses who otherwise spend hundreds of hours per year manually reviewing thousands of pages of regulation, helping them launch products and enter new markets faster. Cardamon was founded in 2025 by Dmytro Astakhov and Areg Nzsdejan, both former Revolut product leaders, and went through Y Combinator's Winter 2025 (W25) batch.
