Causaly is a London-based company founded in 2018 by Yiannis Kiachopoulos and Artur Saudabayev that builds an AI platform for life-sciences R&D. Its generative AI software mines vast biomedical literature and data to surface actionable insights, accelerating target identification, preclinical discovery, and drug development for pharma researchers. The company has raised around $93M in total, including a $60M Series B in July 2023 led by ICONIQ Growth with participation from Index Ventures, Marathon, EBRD, Pentech, and Visionaries Club. It counts a large share of the world's top pharmaceutical companies among its customers.
