Darktrace is a cybersecurity company whose self-learning AI models the normal behavior of an organization's users, devices, and networks to detect anomalies and respond to threats autonomously in real time. Its Enterprise Immune System and Antigena products identify and neutralize novel attacks including ransomware and insider threats without relying on predefined signatures. The company protects nearly 10,000 customers across major industries and employs over 2,400 people worldwide. Formerly listed on the London Stock Exchange, Darktrace was taken private by Thoma Bravo in an approximately $5.3 billion acquisition completed in October 2024.
