Dwelly

Dwelly runs an AI-enabled rollup of UK lettings and property-management agencies, acquiring independent rental agencies and digitising their tenant, payment and maintenance workflows with automation. Founded in London in 2024, it has grown quickly into a top-15 UK letting agent with more than 10,000 properties under management and around £200M in rental roll, having acquired multiple agencies including Eden Harper in London. In early 2026 it raised £69M (about $93M) comprising £32M of equity led by General Catalyst with Begin Capital and S16VC, plus a £37M debt facility from Trinity Capital. It was subsequently reported to be raising a much larger round to accelerate acquisitions.
