Elyos AI builds AI customer service agents for trades and field-service businesses such as plumbers, electricians, HVAC teams and fire and security operators. Its agents answer inbound calls, follow up on missed calls, handle outbound communication and email workflows, and book jobs directly into the systems these businesses already use. Founded in 2023 by Adrian Johnston, Philippa Brown and Panos Stravopodis, several of whom previously ran operations and engineering at UK energy firms OVO and Bulb, the London-based, Y Combinator-backed company has raised around $16M in total. Its $13M Series A in January 2026 was led by Blackbird Ventures with participation from Y Combinator and Pi Labs.
