Faculty

Faculty is a British applied-AI company that builds decision-intelligence software and delivers AI consulting and services to enterprises and government, including a decision-intelligence product with simulation and optimization capabilities. It has worked extensively with the UK public sector, including the NHS and national security clients. Founded in 2014 by Marc Warner, Angie Ma and Andy Brookes (originally as a data science fellowship programme), the company raised over £40 million, largely backed by the Apax Digital Fund. In 2026 Accenture agreed to acquire Faculty in a deal reported at over £600 million, completing in March 2026.
