Flok Health

Flok Health has built what it describes as the world's first AI-operated physiotherapy clinic, holding regulatory approval to diagnose, treat and discharge patients with no clinician supervising the process. It is certified as a Class IIa medical device and approved by the UK Care Quality Commission as a regulated healthcare provider, and its service is available to over 2.4 million patients across eleven NHS regions. In one NHS rollout, more than 80% of patients reported the AI service was as good as or better than in-person physiotherapy. Founded in 2022 in Cambridge by Finn Stevenson and Ric da Silva, it raised a $12.5M Series A in June 2026 led by AlbionVC to expand into hip/knee pain and women's pelvic health pathways.
