FYLD is an AI-powered frontline intelligence platform that lets field workers analyze worksites in real time via a phone app, flagging safety and quality risks before they escalate while giving managers live oversight across multiple sites. It is built for high-risk fieldwork sectors such as construction, utilities and energy, and is used by clients with field workforces of up to 40,000 staff, with some reporting worksite injuries cut by close to 50%. Founded in 2020 as a spinout from Boston Consulting Group and headquartered in London, the company is led by co-founder and CEO Shelley Copsey. In February 2026 it raised a £32M Series B led by Energy Impact Partners with participation from Partech, following earlier rounds including a $10M investment involving NatWest.
