Founded in 2020 as a spinout from Boston Consulting Group and headquartered in London, the company is led by co-founder and CEO Shelley Copsey. In February 2026 it raised a £32M Series B led by Energy Impact Partners with participation from Partech, following earlier rounds including a $10M investment involving NatWest.
