Its product is aimed at in-house legal teams, law firms and businesses seeking to speed up contract work. Founded in 2017 by Rafie Faruq and Nitish Mutha, the company raised a £13.3M Series A led by GV with participation from Khosla Ventures. It reports that more than 100,000 companies have used its platform, including FTSE 100 firms and large law firms.
