ideate.xyz is a web-based, AI-powered 3D art suite that takes ideas from concept to production-ready, textured 3D assets using a text-to-image-to-3D generation pipeline, painting, and refinement tools, with export to industry-standard formats such as .glb. It is aimed at designers, game developers, and 3D content creators. The company was founded in 2024 by CEO Jasper Jia (a former Snap designer with an MSc in Design Engineering from Imperial College London) and CTO Elliott Thompson (a computer graphics engineer, also formerly at Snap), and was part of Y Combinator's Summer 2024 batch.
