It is aimed at engineering and on-call teams at software companies that need to move quickly when systems break. Founded in 2021 by Stephen Whitworth, Pete Hamilton and Chris Evans (who previously worked together at Monzo) and headquartered in London and San Francisco, the company raised a $62M Series B in April 2025 led by Insight Partners at a reported $400M valuation, bringing total funding to roughly $96M.
