Isomorphic Labs is an Alphabet spin-out applying AI to drug discovery, building a unified drug design engine (IsoDDE) derived from DeepMind's AlphaFold protein-structure models. It designs small-molecule therapeutics and aims to accelerate and de-risk the path from target to clinic across disease areas. The company runs its own internal therapeutic programs while also partnering with major pharmaceutical companies including Novartis, Eli Lilly, and Johnson & Johnson. In 2026 it raised a $2.1 billion Series B led by Thrive Capital to scale its models and advance its pipeline toward the clinic.
