Omnea is an AI-native procurement and spend-management platform that centralises purchasing intake, supplier management and commercial and risk governance across a company's teams and systems. Founded in London in 2022, it aims to make procurement a competitive advantage for CFOs by streamlining the buying process and building governance into each step. It has raised over $75M in total, including a $50M Series B in September 2025 led by Insight Partners and Khosla Ventures, with Accel, Point Nine, First Round Capital and Prosus participating. Customers include Spotify, and the company is using the funding to expand AI-powered supplier relationship management and hire across the US and UK.
