Orbital, formerly Orbital Witness, is a legaltech company applying AI to real estate law and property due diligence. Its Orbital Copilot assistant reviews titles, analyses leases, performs due diligence and assesses risk, combining legal documents with property and spatial data. By the end of 2025 the platform supported around 200,000 real estate transactions across the UK and US. Founded in 2018 by Will Pearce and Ed Boulle, it raised a $60M Series B led by Brighton Park Capital in January 2026 to fuel US expansion.
