Paid provides billing and monetisation infrastructure for AI-agent businesses, letting agent makers charge customers based on the outcomes and value their agents deliver rather than per-seat licences. Its tooling helps companies design outcome-aligned pricing models and instrument agent code to measure and bill for results. Founded in 2025 by Manny Medina, previously founder of sales-automation company Outreach, the London-based startup came out of stealth in March 2025. It raised a roughly €10M pre-seed followed by a $21.6M seed led by Lightspeed in September 2025, bringing total funding to about $33.3M at a valuation above $100M.
