It is built for scaling B2B software companies whose support increasingly happens across engineering-adjacent channels like shared Slack connections. Founded in 2020 by Simon Rohrbach and Matt Vagni (both formerly at Deliveroo) and headquartered in London, the company raised a $15M (about €14.5M) Series A in February 2025 led by Battery Ventures with participation from Index Ventures and Connect Ventures, bringing total funding to roughly $21M.
