SchemeFlow uses generative AI to draft the technical and environmental engineering reports required for construction and infrastructure projects, covering areas such as environmental impact assessments, traffic and transport statements, noise, air quality, flood risk and geotechnical reports. Its platform aims to produce reports in minutes rather than weeks, cutting drafting time by around 97%. Founded in 2024 by a team including a construction engineer and an AI software engineer, the company went through Y Combinator's S24 batch and raised roughly $500K. It reports generating over 10,000 pages of technical reports across 400+ projects, working with engineering firms including Stantec, Buro Happold and Royal HaskoningDHV.
