It is aimed at communications, risk, and executive decision-makers who need to monitor how their organizations and markets are perceived. Founded in 2013 by David Benigson and Miguel Martinez and headquartered in London, the company serves over 650 enterprise clients including Diageo, NetApp, Volvo, Bloomberg and Uber. In September 2025 it raised a $165M growth-equity round led by Battery Ventures, which took a majority stake.
