Stacks builds an agentic AI platform for enterprise finance teams, automating the financial close, reconciliations, and journal entries. Its technology includes a data layer that connects directly to finance systems to create a single consistent financial view, plus deterministic ML tooling and agents that automate month-end workflows and variance (flux) analysis. Founded in 2024 and based in London, it raised a $12M seed led by General Catalyst followed by a $23M Series A led by Lightspeed in February 2026, taking total funding to roughly $35M. It has onboarded more than 30 enterprise customers, saving finance teams over 100,000 hours annually.
