Swap operates an e-commerce operating system that unifies cross-border shipping, tax and duties, returns management, order tracking and inventory forecasting into a single platform for global consumer brands. Originally focused on returns, it expanded into cross-border commerce and is building AI-driven and agentic storefront capabilities. Founded in 2022 by Sam Atkinson and Zach Bailet, the London company has raised $149 million in total. Its $100M Series C in January 2026 was co-led by ICONIQ and DST Global.
