Zavo

Zavo is an AI operating system for restaurants and retail that unifies payments, point of sale, and AI agents into a single platform. Founded in 2025 by Ilkan Gezer and Can Zehebi and based in London, the Y Combinator (F25) company gives businesses a set of AI agents that act like a management team: a finance agent for forecasts and reports, a manager agent that monitors sales and inventory, and a customer agent that runs loyalty campaigns. Launched in May 2025, it reports over 400 businesses using the product, from coffee shops to full-service restaurants. Zavo has raised around $500K from investors including Pioneer Fund, Rebel Fund, and TIBAS Ventures.
