Zenning is an AI 'employee' platform that operates inside Slack and Microsoft Teams, proactively completing tasks such as pulling reports, triggering business processes, conducting research and building websites. Each AI worker has its own cloud computer and connects to more than 50 business applications, learning company-specific context to produce customised outputs rather than generic chatbot responses. Named customers include Lopay, OrderPay, SetMenu and the NHS; at Lopay it connects to the company's Snowflake data warehouse for natural-language querying and automates card-dispute management. Public funding and founding details for the company are not disclosed.
